From Rennes, Caen or St Malo, exit at junction 29 on A84, the hotel is on the outskirts of the city of Fougères (turn left at the second roundabout). From other directions follow the signs for RENNES, drive pass the hotel and turn twice to the right after McDO.

Maybe it standard somewhere in France, but by my experience it was first time, when it was needed to leave some deposit, what actually is still not released!!!!! You have data of my Premium Credit Card, so for me story with the deposit is bit sign of the disrespect to Your customers, specially when just one night before in Caen there was no need for any deposit. So, as I see it, 24 hours after leaving the rooms should be enough time for hotel staff to check the room and release the deposit.

Hello, Contrary to what you say, we are not being disrespectful to our guests. Regarding the security deposit, it is indeed standard practice in many establishments in France and internationally. It guarantees coverage of any potential costs related to your stay. Furthermore, this is not a surprise as you were informed of this deposit at all stages of your booking, in the confirmation email, on the notice boards at reception.. The release period generally depends on bank procedures and not the hotel, and can sometimes exceed 24 hours, beyond our control. Regarding the Wi-Fi connection, our server indicates that you have not confirmed the connection, therefore it cannot work. As the hotel has fiber optic internet, we have high-speed internet. Sincerely
